Посетили сегодня квест комнату Я легенда и были шокированы отношением к нам, как к клиентам. Мы достаточно увлеченная, но маленькая команда из двух человек. Что комната сложная знали, но администраторы НЕОДНОКРАТНО делали акцент на том, что если мы не уложимся в час, нам КАК и ВСЕМ и ВСЕГДА позволят пройти комнату до конца. Знали мы об этом потому, что это была наша третья комната от компании #thekey и каждый раз, несмотря на то что мы пунктуально приходили за 10-15 минут до начала, нам приходилось ожидать старта дольше, чем в назначенное время, а так же потому, что на прямой вопрос касательно комнаты Я легенда мы ДВА раза получили ответ "Да, вам дадут доиграть". Что мы получили в итоге - нами было забронировано время на 17:55, пришли мы в 17:40, зашли в комнату в начале седьмого. И в 19-15 без предупреждения и предложения помощи (для ускорения нашего прохождения) к нам в комнату зашёл администратор и попросил освободить комнату для следующей команды. Следующее бронирование комнаты на 19-35. В результате куча негативных эмоций и оооочень неприятный осадок. Естественно никакого желания приходить в дальнейшем в #thekey, испорченный вечер, выкинутые деньги...
